vTech Solution is looking for bright & dynamic incumbents for the position of Business Development Specialist to work in its DC Office. The incumbents will be responsible for building and managing (current) clients and coordinate with senior management during client acquisition.

Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close (will be supported by an experienced team).
Lead Generation/Outbound Calling and warm lead follow-up.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Present and articulate the value of Professional Services in Direct Client & Managed Service Provider (MSP) market.
Develop sales pipelines and revenue forecasts.
Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas.
Develop effective sales strategies.
Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations.
Manage and develop assigned industry verticals.
Create proposals and respond to RFP s (will be supported by an experienced team for proposal writing).
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
Able and willing to travel.
Utilize CRM to track and analyze data for future activities.
Provide status reports to the executive team.
BA/BS degree preferred.
Freshers/ Entry-Level candidates are Welcome
Must be able to work independently, as well as, in a team
Someone with 1-2 years sales/recruiting experience looking to advance their career
Ability to think outside the box, implement innovative ideas and possess strong problem-solving abilities
Must be a people-person with Excellent communication skills
