It is an exciting time to join the team in a senior role with a newly opening restaurant and bar, The Dupont Circle hotel is a true culinary and social destination. Brasserie-style Pembroke serves superlative cuisine with quality local ingredients, while Doyle's flawless cocktails and terrace attract a cosmopolitan crowd.
The ideal candidate will take pride in developing young Chefs, enjoy working alongside the greater hotel team and be passionate about furthering themselves by always being aware of the Washington DC food trends.
