Must have:
At a minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
Both high volume and upscale or fine dining experience
Be open to restaurant hours and being on your feet
Beverage/Bar management background a plus
Experience in the restaurant and/or Hospitality business outside of DC a plus
Classic Wine and wine pairing a must
Great References

This is a position that requires the manager to touch 100% of the guests
Oversee staff, daily service and continue our bartender training and bar program
