Title Tibco Developer with experience in SCRUM Interview Process Telephone, On-site Interview Location DC Position Summary The Tibco Developer with scrum experience will provide leadership to the team that will be needed to provide capacity for the CEP internal project. The Developer, shall also be capable of performing, and ideally leading, design and development tasks as part of the Agile Sprint. The developer shall understand requirementsspecifications and lead the Agile team in developing functionality that meets those requirements and complies with specifications. That requires a strong understanding of SOA technologies, how to work within an Agile, software architecture, test automation, and highlyavailable systems. Duties and Responsibilities bull Build solutions using SOA technologies including TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.X, BW 6.X). bull Support SOA technologies including TIBCO BusinessWorks solutions in production, including problem resolution. bull Support and educate the product owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog. bull Guide the team in performing estimation of backlog stories. bull Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments from completing stories. bull Deliver the stories committed during sprint planning. bull Guide the team on continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications Looking for Tibco Developer with SCRUM Experience bull Bachelor's degree in any area of study that requires analyticalmathematical computation or equivalent, relevant experience. bull Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role leading a heterogeneous team of developers and testers. bull Minimum of 5 years using SOA technologies including TIBCO BusinessWorks. bull Minimum of 5 years working with XML and SOAP or REST-based web services. Technical Skills bull SOA technology experience is required. bull Must have strong understanding of the SDLC, preferably both waterfall and agile. bull Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Visio. bull Experience in UNIX-like operating systems. bull Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle). bull Experience with JIRA and Confluence. bull Experience with git. bull Python development experience a plus. bull JAVA development experience a plus, especially with JAX-RS or Apache CXF. bull Experience with Oracle BRM a plus.
