This position is responsible for coordinating the recruitment, employment, exit interview and retention initiatives for Clinical Nurses, Clinical Managers and any other nursing related positions, if applicable, in the assigned client departments. May provide administrative support, coordination, and financial oversight over various employee-training programs as designated.
