Job Title Travel Analyst Job Type Full-time Location Washington, DC 20004 US (Primary) Category Administrative / Clerical, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics Job Description Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Travel Analyst to provide administrative and support services to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Executive Office of the Director, Inspection Division, Office of General Counsel, Resource Planning Office and the Office of Partnership Engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide guidance and assistance to customers on policies and procedures and assist customers in completing travel reservations and forms. Use customer financial systems to process transactions. Record and reconcile transactions and reports from unit---s financial system and tracking tools with the customer financial system and reporting system Monitor funding allocations. Audit completed travel forms to ensure all necessary documentation is attached and expenses claimed are reimbursable. Run travel status reports and follow up with employees on any pending requests that have not been received or processed. Maintain financial guidance that is posted on the unit---s website. Review links and documents on the website to ensure all links and relative documents are current and are functional. Order, issue, and destroy travel credit cards as needed. Authorize usage of the government travel account for non-customer travelers, monitor account charges, and submit account bill for payment. Monitor fuel charges, contact employees to verify charges, and submit fuel bill for payment. Reviews and approves employee transit benefits requests. Complete forms for new vendor and process actions to establish vendors in payment system. Review invoices and prepare invoice submissions for payments. Prepare requisitions. Place supply orders of purchase agreement. Conduct analysis on property matters. Use customer inventory management systems to complete necessary inventory data adjustments on the system and to retrieve information as needed. Tracking, locating, induction, distribution and disposal of property items. Assistance with quarterly and annual inventory Assists with maintenance, and storage of general office supplies utilized within the divisions. Monitors inventory levels to ensure supplies needed are in stock, but not over stocked The work requires the incumbent to be able to walk, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds in order to place/retrieve property on shelves Required to use the unit---s SharePoint work flow system to receive and process equipment request. Job Requirements Top Secret security clearance. H.S. diploma. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. Excellent customer service skills.
