The Assistant Director of Labor and Delivery will have oversight of 15 LDR beds and a unit that performs 350 + delivers every month. Roughly 70 highly qualified staff nurses will be supporting the LD Nurse Manager. The Clinical Nurse Manager will report to the Director of Woman??s Services, and support the Director in continuing to maintain the quality of care that has come to be expected from this Labor and Delivery department.
The Nursing Manager of the Mother Baby is directly responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day clinical operations inside this unit. Also the responsibility for the supervision, guidance, and training of this departments staff nurse??s will fall to the Nurse Manager of Postpartum. The hospital continually offers exceptional compassionate care to its patients. The Women??s Services Nurse Manager will have an immediate impact in providing the necessary leadership to make a positive impact within the unit.
